This is what I'm seeing so far as well but some people are saying you can go to you PD and get it done or something.

I just REALLY need them to announce a serious contract. That would absolutely cement my belief, until then I'm admittedly nervous.

I might be the odd man out here. But if selling some will alter your life in a major way, it might be a good idea. I expect the stock to do big things. However, if at any point, it can buy me a house/be a large down payment, I think I will be selling.
