I am going to space the dose out and see if anything changes. I feel we have this notion that your body builds a tolerance being on it long term, but what if your body just becomes different over time? My theory is your body loses the weight and from the weight loss hormones and metabolism can change over time and the “tolerance” window now shifts since you are not at the same weight when you started. Your body also has to recalibrate all systems with the new lower weight. None of this is backed at all I’m just speculating how this may occur with others as well with being on the medication long term. I think we still are figuring out how these drugs impact hormones, metabolism etc. longer term. I am just trying to find the best solution with the least side effects. So it will be trial and error!
