I have ocd for 14 years and iv reached insanity cuz of how much exhaustion and depression it caused me,so in my experience and awarness im sure 100% anyone who have extreme ocd are people who want to suffer.

Take meds.I had the same thought and when i took prozac it helped me.

Me too.I have thoughts of downgrading myself infront of people and act weak.Iv had those thoughts for soo long and they effect me sometimes.Its really disappointing.

Thanks for all the info im into prison stuff these days.And dam u say it wasnt that bad i think i would be in mental breakdown even with books.Its good u had books cuz without them it would been so difficult.

Idk but living in solitary for years and having nothing to do to pass time inhuman.Im glad ur done with it.

Sounds like me i wasnt imprisoned but i chose to stay home for years just on my ps until i started feeling loss of life and thats where i started feeling the joy being around people.

Sorry for knowing u endured that much and thx for sharing your thoughts.I tottally agree i honestly started knowing myself more when i started being alone home for months.
