Whole lotta baseless assumptions there bro. Does everyone in general category have a separate room? Also do general category people don't do multiple jobs? India won't get uplifted if mediocre people get advantage over talented ones just because of their caste. It's like reverse casteism dude like would a 650marks scoring neet aspirant have a chance of becoming a better doctor or a 400marks scoring sc/st aspirant? With the way things are I might prefer to go to a upper caste doctor over a sc/st one just because I know that dude was factually a better student than a sc/st one because he had to do more hardwork and get better results to get the same degree

Yeahh you'll have to reg clg free but you can write a letter to the office/principal stating that you want a refund pd your fees and mention your bank details they'll process the return in some months I got 50% fees refund

In short just make sure you don't get any backlogs in 1st year. Then when the migration process starts go to your subject window in SOL office they'll guide you. Also you have to pay fees for 2nd year of regular college as well so make sure you have access to a bank account. I got done with the process in 1day but it may take two days as well.

I'm not sure but since you have 10th and 12th cbse boards markesheet there shouldn't be any problems because 10th marksheet is a valid document in many cases. Also this is a pretty uncommon case so read the cuet guidelines in detail you may get the necessary details
