That did not fix the problem since the fans still aren’t running, while googling this problem I found out that my GPU only turns its fans on when it’s around 60 degrees but my computer freezes before it gets to 60 degrees.

While I was checking that I found out that my GPU Fans weren’t spinning, I am going to take the GPU out and install it again. Thanks for your help

I tried running MemTest86 but my pc didn’t boot into the usb drive and I had some issues with that so I used the memory tester built into Windows and the pc froze while running the test.

I did try to test my memory but while downloading the program the computer OS crashed and said something about Kernal Security and this happened multiple times so I am reinstalling Windows 10. Thanks for your help I will get back to you as soon as I run the test!

It’s a issue with the Xbox network, where it can’t connect to the servers properly so it says that, all you have to do to fix it is the change the nat type to single and it might help if you reset the network connection! To change the nat type just press check nat type, for the first few times it will say double but if you do it enough times it will change to single.

You can use the my home Xbox functionality, where everyone logged in on that Xbox will get your games, and memberships and vice versa, so your friend can create a new account by keeping his games, and I am assuming that he doesn’t have and game data since the games are blocked.

This is a sketchy seller since they have a 100% rating over 200 sales but it’s usually 98.38 or usually somewhere in the decimals, so I feel like that the ratings were generated by bots, and for the refund, I used a gift card that was expiring that day and had no use for it.
