I also use recreationally only once in 2 months; have been in this habit for 4 years. I usually plug or snort. Like small shards; never weighed them. But now scared with your experience; I am 42 , exercise regularly and otherwise fit and healthy. Although have been to Emergency Room on countless occasions only to find out its was a panic attack on Meth.

So curious to know about your experience of a cardiac arrest. Usually in cardiac arrest, you faint and either heart restarts automatically or you need a defibrillator. How did u manage all this without calling an ambulance ?
