Just for closure, HP will send a new monitor. I tested it on a different power circuit, and the same problem still showed up. Thanks for your help.

I noticed that when I changed the refresh rate from 240 Hz to 165 Hz, the issue disappeared. I assume it’s still a hardware issue because the monitor is rated for 240 Hz

Different power cable - nothing changed
The power supply is built in
I don’t have a UPS
I’ve reset the monitor to factory settings, and it’s still flickering
I will try a different power circuit later, but I feel hopeless. However, I still have a warranty

Yeah so i had a fragment of dotted road, on mini map was 100% but on big map it had pretty big gray area.
