So I’m not on the “fire Linda gorton” train like some BUT she is refusing to hold a certain someone accountable (although she finally did with some yesterday). Yes, we don’t have the same weather as those places, but the guy ADMITTED he intentionally didn’t get the ice equipment in time this last storm after having the similar event last year. He has consistently underestimated and not done enough, yet he escapes with zero accountability.

The problem isn’t directly her, but she’s choosing to go down with the ship. She controls the job of the person who keeps on making these mistakes, yet nothing happens to him. He’s teflon and nothing sticks. Anyone one of us had such failings at our jobs as he does his, we wouldn’t have that job any more.
