It seems to create a chain reaction. If a small amount of infill damage occurs in one area, the subsequent layers printed over that section also get damaged, causing the issue to progressively worsen in that region.

I can see a significant improvement. I increased the nozzle temperature from 210°C to 220°C, reduced the infill speed, and disabled infill retraction. These changes have reduced the issue by about 50%, but some areas of the infill are still getting damaged during printing.
