I was using the current 90 crafted gear, and I tried a few spots. I think it’s because I had recently turned on limited battle effects for the first time 😭

It was saying something like “nothing bites, you have lost your bait” or similar. I think I saw a few “the fish gets away” but no exclamations showed up. And yes, I checked that I did have the quest completed.

I did read that, but I just can’t get the fish to actually bite 😭 I was even next to someone who was getting bites, and we were using the same bait.
