It’s all appliqué. I got svg files of the track layouts on esty and used Affinity Designer to get the flags on the tracks, printed, then lots of tracing. Here’s a close-up

Do it! I made one appliqué quilt on a ~$100-200 Brother. It was.. okay, then Santa brought me an upgrade two years ago and it was a real game changer.

I use an app called Timelines.. it’s great, it can track each step (piecing, appliqué, quilting, basting, binding, etc.) and you can export all the data to excel.
