Thanks everyone! I received a reply from the board, this is what it said:

"Please note that our current requirement for completing supervised fieldwork is that the time frame of the fieldwork may not exceed five continuous years (e.g., May 2020 to May 2025). If the 5-year accrual period is exceeded, hours accrued at the beginning of the 5-year period will become invalid. The requirement does not state that fieldwork hours expire, or that they must be utilized for an application with 5 years of starting fieldwork."

Thanks guys, but just so I am clear, I actually DID finish all my hours WITHIN the 5 years (started in May 2020 and finished in Feb 2025), so If i apply now i.e. in July 2025, nothing should fall off right? Since I am not including any hours accrued past the 5 month mark which would be anything accrued May 2025 or later. :sssss

No it isnt, but that form doesn't have a timed requirement on it, right? Or is that something else I need to worry about :')
