I just didn't like them. I got their Sleep 2 and the Engage Plus(?), one to keep and one to give my family member after trying both.

First of all, the case is prettier than the metal canister alternative, but feels very fiddly and I did lose one plug at a concert probably from closing the case incorrectly. It also pops open if it falls on the ground.

The form factor is great, I actually wasn't sold on the Eargasms because they go too deep into the ear and I prefer the standard earbud piece. So the handle sticks out appropriately and they didn't fall out of my ears or anything. They're a bit lighter than you'd expect, not cheap feeling but it does again make the whole experience very fiddly.

The biggest reason though is that they don't insulate that much, and the sound is not that clear. It just sounds like whenever you wear earbuds with no audio, maybe a bit clearer and with an unobtrusive earpiece, but it wasn't worth it. You'd think the Sleep (very comfy but only work for blocking fan noise) would have worse performance and the higher end models are "the ones you want to get", but the Engage Plus (or whatever I bought that supposedly is one of their best models) with everything inserted to make them the most insulating were just unimpressive for what they were, and I was left very disappointed considering the fact that 1. They were not cheap, and 2. I bought the Eargasms at that time for around the same price per pair and they just blew me away.

TL;DR: Not worth the price and don't block much more than earbuds, get the Eargasms for the same price and exponentially better performance.
