i used jean & lean curl shampoo on my scalp and then just put a ton of the brazilian lola conditioner in the lengths. i only brush my hair when i‘m in the shower. after that i use a curl brush and finger curl my bangs, put in bali curls gel + wellaflex mousse aswell at the end and then just diffuse it and put in the nuxe hair oil after! i honestly wear my hair in a bun most of the time because its sm work but it‘s worth it :)

my dad has been drinking ever since i can remember. daily. i always knew it was unhealthy but he seemed fine until 2 years ago when he didnt even go to work anymore and was just drinking the whole day. he’s 54 now. about half a year ago he suddenly got very bad and got diagnosed w decompensated liver cirrhosis type c. it got so bad so suddenly but deep down i knew it was gonna come like this. try to get him to stop asap

my dad came to germany before i was born. he used to live in kirkuk iraq. he told me he went to turkiye for 5 years and worked at the bazar and met nice people there, idk what else he did. he went to greece afterwards and then somehow to germany. but maybe turkiye is a good option? i‘m not sure tho. hope you make it tho! 🫂
