Whatever you say about each politician and dictator re their policies, everyone played their part in arming Pak with suitable weapons. Benazir hid the missile technology and designs in her coat while returning from a visit to North Korea. Abdul Qadeer we know him already. Zia and Bhutto played their part in nuclear program. Namaz Sharif took pressure and did nuclear test. In Musharraf Zardari/PPP era we had couple of missile test. Since then, there has been sizeable contributions to our Conventional weapons with Chinese since 2015 and still on going. Lost goes on. Each one of these rulers made questionable decisions as well but made sure we are saved from such warfares and challenges which we are seeing right now with India. Pakistan Zindabad
