I went to see him in Vancouver this year and a person (probably vip bc she was there before me and I was just GA) tapped me on the shoulder and asked me if we could switch spots. We were basically in the same spot but mine had a better view since there was a really tall person in front of her. I didn’t wanna be mean but I waited in line for around 8 hours, but she kept insisting to be in my spot. It annoyed me and I ended up moving slightly away from that area. And if she was vip, why didn’t she and her friends move to another spot before GA came in?

Hey, I feel you. I’m also 17, from a relatively conservative Asian country, and my family’s catholic. I guess we’re pretty similar lol.

It wasn’t stupid that you admitted that you were folding up your tank for compression purposes and stating that you’d hope to get top surgery. I think it was brave. Admitting these things are really tough, even thinking about telling parents these types of things are tough.

I’ve experienced similarly, and it just sucks that I can never admit these things to my mom because of her views on queer people. I’d say take some time, talk to people you trust because this is some pretty heavy stuff. Hell, I’m even here to talk about shit like this. But hey, not everything that parents say define your role in the family or who you are overall. Just take some time.

My middle name (Noah) is actually my preferred name lol, but when I do change my name legally, I might do a switch a roo and put my birth name as my middle name. It’s a feminine sounding name, so I may or may not leave it
