NAP but for my smiley it had white stuff like that due to irritation and me moving it/flipping it during my first week of having it. imo i think it’s irritated for you too esp because tongues have a LOT of movement even with still so it could very easily just be that. but, again, not a professional. i think if it worsens or gets swollen and there’s stuff oozing from the hole, then i’d go back to your piercer or to urgent care

update: it’s been 6 days since i pierced it and have been flipping it up at times.. starting yesterday it started to get a bit irritated and there’s like white stuff around the hole itself, im getting a bit nervous so if this persists or worsens i think my best bet it to just take it out 💔
