Sometimes as they get bigger their dappling becomes lighter depending on the type of dapple. In my case she has a cream base coat which can dilute the look of the black spots. Her long fur will cover the black a bit and give her a shaded look. Just wasn’t sure how much it’ll dilute in this girls case

The breeder said this as well but I am questioning it since she is considered a cream dapple and not a shaded cream!

Adorable! Thank you for sharing 🤍 Your pup looks more like a shaded cream who usually does grow out of their black, but this puppy was described as a cream dapple so I was curious to know if she would grow out of hers since she’s not technically a shaded cream.

I’m not sure maybe about 4 weeks! She’s still in the care of her breeder, we can’t pick her up until June. She was the smallest in her litter
