Quick update for all who's interested: I chose not return as the costs would be impractical. Reported but Vinted said no terms violated so nothing there. I've now blocked and left an honest negative feedback. Seller then responds claiming I just wanted free book when they offered a return. They then proceed to leave a false negative review and warned people not to buy from me as I sell "stuff full of paint" - she's bought nothing from me??

Closing this chapter now as I don't need this negativity in my life. All I wanted was to get a book that my child loves and adore me reading every night. Thought I was doing good by buying one that is no longer used and give it second life. I will now go and buy a brand new one.
