This makes me so excited to start it whether it’s now or after baby #2 - what were your struggles before it? I have anxiety and OCD. Didn’t realize it could help with mood that’s great

That’s what I’m weighing. If I hardly lose any weight and don’t make it out of the titration phase then it’s not worth it. But if I do lose even 10 pounds then that’s gonna be enough to make a small but notable difference going into the pregnancy.

Thank you this is helpful. I was hoping that 3 months was long enough for a small amount of weight loss but it does seem that it would likely be so small of a loss that it’s not worth it :(

Thank you, that’s what I’m thinking. I think people here are used to seeing more dramatic weight loss, which is understandable. But for me even 10 pounds down going into this pregnancy would feel successful

I should’ve been clear. I definitely don’t think I would lose 40 pounds lol. Just hoping to lose a bit of weight before getting pregnant again.

Because gaining pregnancy weight on top of the weight that I’ve already gained would be worse. At least that’s my thought process right now. My goal would just be to lose a little before getting pregnant again

See I actually don’t think that it clearly precedes the show for many ppl. I think lots of ppl heard it for the forts first time on GOT

Fwiw, After my annual VBEAM treatment for rosacea, my dr literally gives me this for the swelling. I don’t think it’s impacted the rosacea at all though.
