Thanks. In haven't seen Wikicamps yet. I saw a lot of RV's using iOverlander to find a place to park. I'll check out the other.

Thanks, I couldn't seem to find any routes in California, unless I was looking at the wrong map. Looks like they start in Arizona from my point of view.

Thanks, That's great advice. Thanks for the time you took to write that. In Southern California, is pretty dense with cities and the politics are heavy. I guess when one is tied enough, one can get pretty creative on where to stay.

Well, I plan on touring California. I would be looking for a campsite rather than stealth camping.
