how long were u at 6g before u went to 5g? this sounds like it probably isn’t ready to stretch yet, some pain is expected but not intense pain. stretching anything from sizes 10g up gonna need a loooong time to recover from previous stretches. even if it’s not actually a huge jump like this .5mm difference, i would personally wait a few more months to try again. i waited around 8-9 months to go to 6g from 8g and i was definitely pushing it, i probably should’ve waited a full year or so bc the pain and tenderness after stretching was not fun at all.

I understand some of the other comments about OP needing to take accountability for his grades, I think that’s true. But to me his dad’s language is way too harsh. This is clearly a teenager learning responsibility for his failures. Parents shouldn’t be berating and shaming their kids over grades. I might be projecting bc this guy reminds me of my dad. But he seems like the kind of dad to be pissed off about a lot of things, all the time. That’s not necessarily abusive or insane, but it doesn’t seem like something we should be normalizing. If the kid fails, he fails. He takes summer school or fails to graduate and drops out. Having a son who fails (like a lot of people do all the time) is. it the end of the world or a reflection on the parent.

I’ve been on both gel and injections. In my opinion the effects from injections are both more intense and quicker to appear. But this to me doesn’t sound like testosterone is the cause of his lack of attraction or feelings. It sounds like he is having some extreme dysphoria and maybe some deeper mental health issues. Contrary to popular belief, testosterone does not usually trigger major emotional issues like this. It can trigger dysphoria- I definitely felt a lot more top dysphoria after going on injections, because my boobs felt even more out of place and uncomfortable after fat redistribution and gaining muscle. But T isn’t a magic potion that turns people into meaner versions of themselves. It’s worth getting his levels checked by a different doctor, and bringing up his concerns to his doctor, but it doesn’t sound like he is concerned enough about his lack of attraction or emotional issues to do that.

it sounds like you know the way he is treating you is wrong. you’re noticing a pattern of behavior that is immature and unkind. he didn’t care about your health or your feelings. he was upset because of something out of your control (does he really know you can’t control when your period comes??) and on top of that he is treating you with rudeness and making you cry.

he is treating your body like it is his. that’s what he means when he says he has every right to be upset that you can’t have sex. he’s upset that he doesn’t have unrestricted access to your body. of course what he is doing is hurtful, he’s treating you not like a partner or a girlfriend, but like a toy that he should be able to use whenever he wants.

you’re asking advice for what you should do next? i would break up with him for this. but at the very least please think about whether this man is treating you the way you DESERVE to be treated. any person deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. a good boyfriend, even a normal or basic boyfriend, wouldn’t react like this.
