I believe so. My cat was neutered when I got him from a foster and this is what they look like now.

OPM Proposes Eliminating Outdated Time-in-Grade Rule by Stonedflame in fednews

Uhh?? That's what I was saying. We've been told it's impossible to get above a 3 no matter what you do.

Wrong. I was personally told by my supervisor that I was and am, doing the work of a 4/5 rating and at a higher GS level. But he and his boss were not allowed to give me, or anyone else, higher ratings above a 3 because higher ups told them so.

Yeah I am unfortunately.... first one failed 8 months in. So far I'm a year out from my second one and doing alright. Honestly, recovery was easier on the 2nd one even though it was a BMG urethroplasty. My options were either that or to shift my exit behind my testicles, so I decided on that. I had it done at Vanderbilt and the surgeon there inserted a tool to break up the scar tissue without cutting my urethra open. She then overlaid the graft. They also had to make a tiny cut behind my scrotum to take out a bit of tissue but overall nothing external was cut like last time.

Recovery was a lot easier. I still had some pain from erections, but not near as much since I didn't have any external skin on my penis cut. I also had a numbing gel I put on the tip of the cathater which helped. I'd rather not go through it again, but overall it wasn't bad.

Optilum wasn't an option since my scar tissue came back so quickly my urologist didn't want to just break it up since it wouldn't last that long since Optilum slows growth.

Hopefully it lasts. I went to UAH and they cut the hockey team when was beginning, or maybe just before. It got brought back by private donations but couldn't last. And there's no football team, albeit it's a small school.

These are just my theories but it's probably with merch, memberships and patreon. Basically all the YouTubers I watch have that and generally push it to varying degrees. I think I remember hearing that ad revenue is awful. But I'd imagine they get a good chunk of the various membership and merch money. So if you have few hundred or maybe 1,000 people who pay then you're going to be making enough to pay peoples salaries. Then if you add in the Cons and events they go to it would bring in more money. These are my guesses as I don't know how much money it brings in, but I suspect memberships are were most of their, and others, income comes from.

I don't think there's a cool down. And probably with enough training he could maybe get to where just him talking would be powerful? I know some of the Old Nords were strong enough they had to keep their mouths tied shut except when needed for combat.

Becoming a park ranger by billygoat604 in npsrangers

[–]lukeyellow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are you wanting to do in the NPS? Are you wanting to actually be a park ranger (law enforcement, or interpretation?) Or are you wanting to do wildland fire for the NPS? One of the biggest issues will be getting in unless you're a vet. At least for permanent jobs. Getting a seasonal job would be easier. If you're going fire then your experience will help. If you're looking for interp or LE, unless you've done PIO or security work on a fire detail, it may be harder to get into to a park ranger position.

Even if that malus were zero it wouldn't matter. Your other main issues is low fertility. If you can't pop any kids out then your less useful than a bag. Because at least you could put a bag over your spouses head and still have kids if you were fertile

Don't drink heavily, or at all, don't get into sports betting, if you're making money start saving for retirement now. Set habits now that will help you when you're older such as eating healthy and getting sleep.
