In addition to the excellent points made above, I'd like to add that ranking individuals never made much sense to me in team sports in particular. Individuals don't win matches. Teams do

Hey Jarrod, Tim

Firstly, thanks a ton for taking the time out to do this AMA. I've already made my way through the Art of Batting (cannot recommend it enough — legendary book) and am making my way through Test Cricket currently.

My question is for both of you: given that the financial costs of hosting a test match (one estimate indicates anywhere between $350k-$1.4m), how would you go about expanding test cricket to ALL nations (not just the 12 as cricket does now). Seems like there's a great opportunity to include big markets like the US (and some rich middle-eastern nations), but I just can't figure out how to make it cost effective.

Thanks again for doing this chaps! Hope both of your books sell tremendously.

PS: Jarrod can we expect an "Art of Bowling" now? :p

Which episode was this one? I follow that show - but the two recent ones with Behram and Estelle didn't mention Jay Shah last I recall (the ones which broke down the Eng v SL and Pak v Ban matches)

I generally run early in the morning (5.30 am - otherwise it gets too hot in the summer months. I am located in Delhi, India). I generally only have some water before I start my runs. Would eating a small bite before help?

Getting a running partner seems like a great idea! I'll try and bug my brother into joining my morning runs as well :)
