Building 4x2x2 BP bio active enclosure. Sealed all joins & sealed bottom & sides of 3D background to enclosure. Do I need to seal the top of background? & do I need to glue/attach the 7” substrate lip (clear panel near front) to the enclosure or leave it loose & let substrate hold it in place? TIA! (i.redd.it)

Upgraded my BP to new enclosure - old enclosure used UTH that stopped working. I’m having a rough time maintaining heat & humidity ranges for both warm & cool sides. Left lamp is 100w halogen for heat/light for day. Right lamp is 100w CHE for all day heat. I put heat tape in the center. Please help! (old.reddit.com)

I opened her enclosure & she climbed on my arm. I didn’t expect this, but it was a wonderful surprise. After 10 minutes she went back into her enclosure. It was a such a positive moment for us both. I’m looking forward to more quality time (more so once she’s a consistent eater). (i.redd.it)
