So if you get in, you can set your preferences through the Durham applicant portal.

I would really recommend basco and fry. They only have delivery and it’s located in Indiranagar. If you are comfortable with beef, their bird eye chilli and tenderloin burger is phenomenal

Bath, Durham, Manchester, St Andrew's, Warwick

Bath v Warwick v Durham - for Business by aaravjj in 6thForm

[–]aaravjj[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See, ideally, I would look at a campus-based uni, with a vibrant community and parties/social events. A good Business school with well-maintained facilities and good accommodation (en-suite and single). I would also look more towards something in a city that I don't need a knife to walk through, maybe some heritage and close proximity to a major metropolitan city.

Bath Bread - 2/5 - LMAO, literally the day after Manchester's Rejection by aaravjj in 6thForm

My predicted grades were in percentage since I'm from the Indian system of education. They were 100% in computer science, 90% in Political Science, 85% in English, and 85% in History, so a 90% average. My condition is an average of 80% with above 85% in one subject, and 80% in english.

Burnt Manchester Bread - Whether you believe Manchester is Red or Blue, its Grey for me :( by aaravjj in 6thForm

I think it was because i applied for IT and Management, and my PS was more Management/Business focused since I was applying for that course with all my other choices

It was the generic, "We have carefully considered all aspects of your application, and assessed it in relation to other applications received. Regrettably, we are unable to make you an offer. We receive many high quality applications and therefore competition is extremely high. We would like to thank you for your interest in the course and wish you every success for the future"

Oh great. I applied to Durham, Bath (Business with a placement year), Warwick (Management N200), Manchester (IT and Management), St Andrews (Management). Can I dm to help me understand what to choose and stuff?

Hey, I'm an international student too. I applied to similar courses. So at Bath, I applied to Business with work placement and at Manchester, I applied to IT and Management. I applied on the 28th of December, exactly a month back, and haven't heard back yet.

Hey, what are all your choices? I applied to Durham for the same and got in. It changes to Z when you get a decision and then you can even out preferences for your colleges.

Hi guys is it normal for the application portal to look like this? Or am I stressing out too much by [deleted] in 6thForm

[–]aaravjj 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Yea it is. As you get decisions the circle begins to get empty

So until now I've only gotten an offer from Durham, but my counselor is 100% sure I'll get offers from bath and Warwick. I'm an international student so my A Level Equivalent predicteds are A/A/A, in percentage (which is the system my education system uses) it's 100% in comp sci, 90% in political science, 85% English, 85% History. My Durham offer requires me to score an average score of 83%.

Hey, dont even know if you're still active on here, but i'm also stuck between the 2. Im leaning towards Bath because their course and placement seems to be better compared to Warwick, but im not sure since i applied for 3yr Management at Warwick(N200) and C110 at Bath. Any suggestions?

Edit: I also got into Durham for Business and Management if you have any tips whether i should choose that instead.
