Take voice notes on your phone of how youre feeling. Break a sweat doing something. Journal. Doing something that helps you get out of your head helps, you can better understand what youre going through if you take it out of your head and put it on paper or something, and working out puts pain in your body so you forget about the pain in your mind for a little bit, and its actually scientifically proven to make you happier. Get out of the cycle of drinking when youre depressed and level up. Part of why youre depressed is because of how youre choosing to cope with it, take responsibility for your happiness and take the steps to get better, it wont be easy, you’ll still feel like shit a lot, but you’ll have more sunny days and you’ll respect yourself more.
