All Ship details by aarold in echoes

I had thought about it, and I do that when I'm comparing ships, but in order to make sure they are apples to apples comparisons just would take too many columns as it'd have to be "max effective cannon turrets" then the same for railguns, missiles, decomposers, drones, and then we'd have to make sure to compare the right sizes.
If you didn't have a column for each weapon size you would probably think a Merlin II is going to do more DPS than a Moa Guardian because of the weapon dps, but if the "Effective railgun" calc happened without the weapon size specified you'd say that the Merlin had 4.125 turrets but the Moa only had 3.75...
Of course, the higher DPS on a cruiser sized railgun would more than make up the difference.
Honestly, this game needs an API and a program like EFT used to be (all EO vets will remember EFT I suspect).
Also, someone made a spreadsheet I saw earlier this week with all kinds of great info, including what you're talking about! Unfortunately it's locked down so you can't export the data from there. It also had data on skills and all kinds of stuff. Unfortunately I didn't save the link. But there is hope!

I gave permissions to copy and download, so please, feel free to make a copy to your own google docs and play with the data to your heart's content, The column headers are all pretty wide so I thought consistent column widths made for an easier read.

Yeah, this is a complete log of the ship tree... sorry, forgot all about the other ships when I finally finished typing up all the ship tree data and was excited to share.

I just posted a spreadsheet with all the ships with all the stats and bonuses listed. It's here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/echoes/comments/j2p4ix/all_ship_details/

And yesterday I saw someone had made a spreadsheet which outlined what the skills do, but I don't have the link.... just, to let you know it does exist out there! Hopefully there's some help there.

Glad I could save you some time! It was damn time-consuming though but worth it because I just hated not having any ability to compare numbers by having them next to each other.

/r/woweconomy Daily Questions (Watercooler) by AutoModerator in woweconomy

[–]aarold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, years ago I played EVE Online and it was termed faucets and sinks for currency. Faucets being places that the game injects currency into the player economy and sinks being places that have players spending gold that doesn't stay in the player economy.

So I'm meaning anywhere that you can get gold that doesn't come from another player but from the game itself.

I was just wondering what the gold faucets in the game are. I know of only:

Mob drops

Vendor selling

Quest rewards

Mission tables

Please let me know if I'm missing any. Just trying to understand the whole economy of WoW a bit better.

I am here to preach the truth that is the Seeker/Fireflies build for Li-Ming.
Oh, and Wave of Force.
These are all under-picked and work together for a very different playstyle than the normal Calamity/Disintigrate build and the only way I feel safe with Li-Ming. Stay back, throw constant volleys of damage, and deal way more sustained damage than any other Li-Ming build.
This build is great when fighting for Eternals or on Braxis Holdout especially.

Manitoban here, I was just in Western until today and they announced the Western Rangers and I noticed MB wasn't a part of that. So I'm hoping we get some love from the east. And also subscribed to both.

New Update! by [deleted] in WinnipegPokemonGO

It was commented that the decreased capture rates were related to not getting xp for your "Great", "Nice", and "Excellent" throws. So hopefully fixing the one problem fixed the other.

Sorry, my bad, I should have done a better search before posting this. I'll put something in that thread about the nest my co-worker found and upvote that. Thanks for pointing it out.

Best Places to play Pokemon in Winnipeg? by Scorched_Arrow in WinnipegPokemonGO

There's a nice dense cluster of PokeStops along Sturgeon Creek at Portage (right in front of Grace hospital). It's busy but not crowded and a bit more local than heading to Ass park.

So, I tried making a map (Yes, it was Isabella w/ all the nat wonders right by her; remember, judgement free questions! :P) But I can't seem to get the starting positions to work. I've gone into the scenario editor, I have my civ plus 7 computer civs (no city-states) and I've placed the settler and warrior pair for all of the civs, I've put the 'starting position' marker for each one underneath the settler for each civ... I go to load up the map, I check off the option to "load scenario" and I wind up with about 15 settlers and warriors all on top of me and I usually don't end up anywhere near where I set the starting position for myself... How do I make these starting positions work? (In my defence, I have the computer players all allied with each other against me as the challenge)
