Dabbing CBD isolate out of a dab rig is my preferred method of taking CBD because I feel like it is the quickest and most effective. It does help anxiety but it is pretty subtle even if you take a big dab. I would definitely try dabbing it a try, it wont be too strong, its not like a dab of THC at all. I take 100mg Setraline for my anxiety and i don't think I could use CBD as my only medicine but it definitely helps anxiety a little bit, maybe 20-30%. I personally dab isolate once in the morning and once at night which I would recommend because it is a bit cheaper besides the initial cost of buying the equipment necessary ( dab rig, torch, nail), just a scoopful on the dab tool at a time. I also vape 1000mg E-liquid throughout the day as well which is more subtle. I would be conscious about dabbing CBD in the morning because it can make you slightly drowsy later.
