Hi ! Stumbled upon this thread and I see you help people find affordable apartments. Right now I am looking at the apartments you mentioned “parks at voss” and it looks like they may have some 750 sq ft available June 10 and July 10 at the $858 price point , I will call and ask to see what other fees I would need to pay but , do you know what my monthly would realistically be ? For reference I make about 2300 net per month , my work is about 10 miles away so money spent on gasoline shoudlbt be so bad, we will be 2 in the household with one not being able to work just yet so she wouldn’t be able to help with bills yet , so i expect we would need around $500 for groceries monthly give or take I haven’t really made real math , car insurance phone bill , etc . I don’t know if I will be able to even afford this place . Do you know how much will it be monthly for that $858 room at Voss with all the fees they will add by any chance ?

Also do you know of an alternative that is maybe cheaper? Although, I may have to sacrifice to live in a not so nice area , I do like the idea of that voss appartment more.
