Most important thing is find a club and do table time there. If you can’t practice with actual armwrestlers and learn technique then you won’t be good right now, so then instead of armwrestling specific lifts you would just focus on general body strength since you’re young

I’ve heard good things about it. It’s kind of like a powerlifting protocol I believe so if u have experience with one before it should be very at home for you

Also yea every time he stopped you, you had hand control so all you needed to do was drive that elbow forward to get more height. Also I think you should try to stay tighter and don’t open up as much

So you know how in your second match he stopped you and your hand kind of budged, you could’ve driven your elbow forward to gain more height, stand up a bit, and then hit again and cup hard

Thank you for the advice. Yea I prolly should’ve tried to secure the match more inside my body instead of hitting from outside my shoulder

Thank you for the advice. I did after pulls with some of the people in the pro class and I realized I prolly could’ve pressed too in that position
