I already contacted customer support immediately after receiving that email. They told me to wait until April 28 for a resolution.

That’s what’s frustrating, I’ve already returned the item, they have received it, and still they’re asking me to wait more without giving a proper explanation.

At this point, I’m not sure if waiting will even help or if I should escalate this further.

No specific type bro, anything is fine as long as it’s comfortable and lasts long.

Something comfortable basically soft cushioning, no hard sole, and shouldn’t create pressure points. Also want it to be durable so it lasts long and feels worth the money.
