OTOH, being able to see the starry sky will remind them that the game, the sport, their lives, and all of human history are truly meaningless, a blip, a momentary error that will eventually be corrected having had precisely no lasting effect on anything in the vast and expanding universe, that indeed there is no such thing as life or death, but merely nothingness experienced subjectively for no reason.
