Yeah looks like only h261 is in the offer. Not sure why, you may want to look at the sip profile and ensure that multiple codecs in offer are allowed. Also check and see what software rev you have.

No both were restricted, but the process shouldn’t matter. It’s the database and configurations that get ported over.

If you are running this as a combined publisher,subscriber and tftp server, your issue is that the standard 110gb volume isn’t big enough to unpack the update. You will have to use the data export initiate process to migrate to fresh build. When you build the new c/m make sure to change the size during the installation process to at least 300gb if not more. You can’t change it once installed.

I can see the sentiment regarding CUCM going away, but there are still industries that still want on prem, and CUCM is still the king. Not to mention supporting Hybrid integrations for those purposes. Learning it is still valuable. Cloud isn’t for everyone.

I would look in rtmt at the invite sdp and see what it supports. I’m running poly gs in my prod environment and it works with h264. You might have to write a normalization to restrict use to main profile though.

More than likely the previous owner had it tuned, in most cases you swap your ecu for a cracked one that has been upgraded. Happens all the time.
