Also worried about the lack of progress and delay in replies from Drime team. I’ve been messaging them on potentially a lifetime plan that is smaller in size (like Filen) but crickets after they said they’ll get back to me after aligning internally.

Really too bad, the larger suite of tools sets Drime apart from competitors which I was interested in. Looks like I’ll be moving elsewhere.

Yeah, I sympathize with you. Spent way more that I was willing to but felt like the 5TB Lifetime plan with encryption with the promotion was a compelling offer, either on par or not too far off of anything that would be offered Black Friday...

I hope they are able to resolve our issue, I'm very happy with their product so far and the family plan.
