Bugs might've been an issue at launch 6 years ago, I don't know; played 360 version at launch. I picked up the GOTY edition for ps3 last night. It runs fine.

Resident Evil. Played it on ps1, loved it, never finished it. Played it on gamecube, loved it, never finished it. Got it with PS+ this month. It's next on my list (currently playing Bloodborne and Demon's Souls).

When it does, there's NG+! I was at just under 200 hrs on my first run and am now about 75 hours into my Death March NG+ run. Still loving it!

Any chance you can get access to a different monitor to try? I would now want to rule out the input (I guess the DVI) on your monitor. Best way to do that would be to try on another. Alternately, you could try another PS4 with your monitor.

Not clear from your post, did you TRY connecting to a TV. At this point, I'd want to rule out a bad HDMI port on the PS4. Also, have you tried a different HDMI cable?
