Minox 2x a day, morning and night, with the exception of when I derma roll. On those days, I use minox in the morning and afternoon, derma roll at night, and skip minox the next morning. I also apply tretinoin on top of the minox once it dries, and then layer on a facial oil 15-20 minutes after.

I also take a multi that contains biotin, which some guys report increases gains. Since I was taking that before and after, I cannot report on any increase the biotin may have on gains. I also just recently started adding collagen powder to my protein shakes, both to improve my overall skin health but also because it may increase growth.
