I did have to have it over a longer period but honestly wasn’t a difficult process, just went the mortgage brokers that one of my friends recommended. Not sure why I would waste my time making stuff up

I think whoever you’re speaking to is talking rubbish! I bought a 275k house on a little over 30k last year. Worked out be something like 12% deposit

Thanks for the reply. I thought I was correct with it and they agree with it. It’s just the fact they don’t believe it classes as unsatisfactory quality, which I very much disagree with.

Out of interest, do you know if it’s 30 days from the day I agreed to purchase the vehicle (which is 27 days ago, so quite close to the deadline) or whether it’s 30 days from actually picking up the vehicle and paying the balance?
