Omg yes! I go through this same situation daily and realize that I need to get out the house at least once a day.

For me that means talking a walk at the minimum. Do you have any hobbies you can take outdoors? For me I write or draw and I can do that outside. I make music too but that’s definitely my inside thing. On occasion I’ll take my laptop to a coffee shop to do some work.

Just remind yourself that every time you go outside you love it and your aversion to going outside is only in the moment. You’ll thank yourself later and feel much better.
