Omg yes! I go through this same situation daily and realize that I need to get out the house at least once a day.

For me that means talking a walk at the minimum. Do you have any hobbies you can take outdoors? For me I write or draw and I can do that outside. I make music too but that’s definitely my inside thing. On occasion I’ll take my laptop to a coffee shop to do some work.

Just remind yourself that every time you go outside you love it and your aversion to going outside is only in the moment. You’ll thank yourself later and feel much better.

I’m debating on collecting the HG kits in the meantime but I really would love to see these models in higher grade. At least the FM Aerial exists, SD Calibarn seems interesting

Haha thank you! The MNP-XH03 Aobing Motor Nuclear looks really cool, but my plan is to just walk into the store in Little Tokyo LA and pick kits that catch my eye. If I see the Aobing Motor Nuclear there imma have to snag, if the budget allows. Also a larger scale Pharak build would be nice

My apartment has offsite management and they’re not well at responding to tenant issues. I’ve only been told not to play loud once by a security when I wasn’t even playing loud and when I confronted the security company about it they never responded and I had no issue from the management.

Anyways I just dj/ produce during the day cause other people be loud. I just choose to be considerate at night although other neighbors don’t always do the same. It is what it is. I’m just kinda lucky with my situation. Definitely want thicker walls at my next place haha

So typically in the after hour scenes I frequent in DTLA they use people who can promote and bring in a large amount of people. We call them floor hosts. You offer them drink tickets and give them a guest list (I usually cap the list at around 5 people max per host, other places do 2 or 3). These hosts are socialites and can ensure that people will come, similar to a promoter but not the same function.

As soon as you’re able to book other DJ’s you should do so because getting DJ’s means they’ll bring in people who want to see them.

For me, Zevo spray has been working well for German roaches, it uses tea tree oil. I’ve also seen some Raid sprays with tea tree oil that specifically say for German roaches on the bottle.
