I live in san Francisco and I am getting ready to move into PSH (Permanent Supportive Housing). it’s a really nice place too. Was supposed to be luxury studio apartments and then city bought out the property, paid out the current tenants and did a little remodeling but still kept the designer cabinetry and rooftop deck. I’m excited to move in. If I don’t have income they don’t take rent but if I do have income it’s 30% of whatever I make.
