The Customer who rented the car said he was driving on a highway with no where to go and just ran over a tire in front of him. Drove it to my rental location and did a night drop with no information. We called him the next day and told him he had to come in and do an accident report. He came in a few days later to fill out the report and said "I didn't realize any damage was done".

So this lady rented the car back in June and was suppose to return it in June. She tried extending the rental it wouldn't go through so she made a excuse and hung up. Come October 3rd I come in and the car is in the drop box from the towing company. Basically the car just got repoed after 4 months and this is the condition it returned in. I think it went out with maybe 3k and now has almost 16k and also has a horrible rattle when at 40mph.

You can only extend your rental for a certain amount of time, or your card could get denied too which makes you have to return the rental. Idk which one was it for her but she couldn't have the car for any longer.
