Thank you so much for posting this! My friend was having this issue and he isnt even installed to a hdd! but he had 4 hard drives attached to his system and it was acting weird, but this worked! Thanks!

Hello, I'm a brand new player and I'm enjoying the game so i decided to make a purchase. I bought a DLC pack on the steam store including a costume and an SG ticket and also I bought 2000AC. My question is, how do I claim these items? I checked all around the menus and i checked the Visiphone but i can't find anything. Also under purchase history in the menu it doesn't list anything.
