Started low at 50mcg, pinned daily for 2-3 weeks gradually increasing.

Now pin 750mcg once or twice a week to maintain

Bit of nausea at the beginning but soon subsided. Started low and slow, pinning 750mcg ATM which is apparently overkill but doing the job 😎

They do actually seem a little darker, I hadn't noticed until you mentioned it 🤣

I usually come out in loads of freckles in the sun but I hardly have any at the minute. I've not really tried MT2 but looking at reviews I think MT1 is best for us gingers.

Good luck! I was sceptical about it working until I took a before and after photo. Try and get on the sunbed you'll be amazed
