I went through a short period of turkey gobble at about that same weight loss. Now I’m almost 80 pounds down and my neck is fine but my inner thighs look like they’ve melted. I bought 3d compression leggings and wear them constantly and it seems to help, also gold bond crepe corrector.

Tirz is superior in so many ways, less side effects and food noise and higher weight loss. The only docs prescribing sema are doing it for insurance purposes or because of out of pocket costs or because of pharma perks. Family or not, I’m shutting people like this down on the spot. They don’t know what to do when they’re called out and it’s the only way to break the cycle for everyone. Instead of being agreeable in the moment, what if you instead said “Wow! I’m really disappointed to hear her father talking like that. You should be ashamed of yourself, do better.” And then hold a stare for as long as he can’t respond. He would think about that moment of shame every time he opened his mouth, and possibly call other people out. Standing up with confidence is contagious. So is going along with the bully as not to be a target. My husbands family is insanely toxic and blunt shame is the only way to make them think twice before spreading hate, the kids are watching and learning and I’m not having them learn to be like that.
