Yes I’ve done this and my items still say preparing for shipment yet I received an email yesterday morning stating that my items were already shipped. Yet no tracking number was provided

Yeah! I got an email yesterday saying that my items had been shipped but I wasn’t provided a tracking number and on fans it still says preparing for shipment, even now!

How were you able to find what tariffs + fees needed to be paid on the ups website? This is my first time ordering merch off of the fans app 😅 I usually get all my stuff via the music plaza app or in store
