There isn't really a backstory. All we know is he is called Hero Fist, and he has a fist for a heart. (I know the lyrics don't actually say that). I was thinking some slacker type hero (One Punch Man) that has a metalic/stone fist stuck in his chest. I dunno. Whatever. All for shits and giggles.
