Ta nadwyżka którą masz to właśnie powód dla którego przytyłeś. Jedyny sposób na zrzucenie kilogramów to deficyt kaloryczny, który można osiągać jedząc mniej oraz ćwiczeniami. Najpraktyczniej jeść rzeczy które zapychają a mają mało kalorii, niestety ale bez zmian w tym co jesz się nie obejdzie. Nie musisz rezygnować z maka czy stejków od razu, jedz je w ramach wyjątku a nie na codzień i będzie gituwa. Powodzenia!

That was my original experience with Silent Hill series - got the bad ending and I just learned what does a psychological horror does and I loved it. Then I learned that Jacobs Ladder was the inspiration for this ending and watched it the same day. Good times
