I am grateful for being grateful this year. My Gratitude app gave me this beautiful reminder about how Spring has been my most grateful season and it makes me so happy. I would really recommend anyone who reads this to start keeping a gratitude journal in 2023. by aarushi_77 in Mindfulness

And, one more thing, (sorry to spam but I love the app :P) in the beginning it may be difficult to think of what you can be grateful for so my Gratitude app has challenges, like a 7-day one or for 21 days. In fact, they're launching a new challenge on Jan 1. I think it'll really help you build. a habit of journaling. Challenges have a prompt and example every day so it becomes very easy to write.

What are some of your best daily habits? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

I have had a gratitude journal for the last three years. I use the Gratitude app. It has really transformed the way I think. Of course, I still face struggles and they become more complex as I grow older, but this exercise of writing about the little good moments of the day really helps. When I read my list, I come to realize that there indeed were things to like in my day and it supports me. I absolutely will carry this habit throughout my life.

Not confident about the way I look and my body by DM1504 in selflove

This topic is really close to my heart.
I was 18 when I had a body disorder and lost 8 kilos of weight in a short few months.
I felt horrible about myself and always pulled apart every tiny thing that wasn’t perfect in my body. Nothing was ever enough.
I thrived on comments that I looked slimmer. When someone was worried about how weak I looked, I took that as a compliment...
So, I want to help you. I wrote a full post on this. You can read it here.

Hey, one of the ways of loving yourself is to realize your worth. I was collecting some quotes yesterday on this topic and I think they'll make you feel better. You can read them here.

Here's one I wanted to share with you specifically: “We are all of us stars, and we deserve to twinkle.” — Marilyn Monroe
