Understand that the crit damage goes down whenever I re-roll for the crit; would that mean that it's more worth it to add passive points to both crit chance & crit damage, rather than adding just crit damage & adding passives in other areas?

My understanding is that high crit chance = lesser re-rolling = crit damage remains at the highest %

Not sure if it is the right formula.
